Founder product · Product strategy · UX · Frontend
A small-business website product built around message-led updates, a visible preview, explicit approval and a way back. The experience is designed to feel simpler than a content management system.

01 · The problem
Updating a website should not demand learning another tool.
Small-business owners often want to change a sentence, a price or an opening time—not become the administrator of a complex content system.
Psst explores a narrower product: describe a change in a message and retain control over whether it goes live.
What I did
- Product framing
- Owner-centred user journeys
- Information hierarchy
02 · Design decision
The owner stays in control.
The public demonstration centres on Tell Psst → Check the preview → Tap Publish. Publishing is a distinct, explicit action; Undo is part of the trust model.
The experience deliberately avoids presenting another page-builder dashboard. A clear preview is the decision point, not an invisible automated update.
What I did
- Product UX
- Interactive demonstration
- Explicit publishing
- Reversible changes
03 · Evidence boundary
Public demonstration, not a claim of customer adoption.
The product website and animated demonstration are publicly accessible. They explain the intended workflow and its safety promises.
A founding-customer pilot remains pending. This case study does not claim paying customers, measured time savings, or a verified end-to-end customer deployment.
The result
A focused, approval-first product direction.
A public explanation and demonstration of a simpler website-update journey, with deliberate human control. The pilot and business outcomes remain to be validated.
